1)SCREENING FOR HYPERTENSIVE AND DIABETIC RETINOPATHY

We do specialized screening to rule out Diabetic Retinopathy, Clinically Significant Macular Oedema and hypertensive retinopathy in patients who have Diabetes and Hypertension. We also carry out interventions to improve vision.

2)GLAUCOMA CLINICS AND SURGERY

Glaucoma is the leading cause of irreversible blindness globally. Every new patient who walks into the hospital is screened for Glaucoma. Those who have Glaucoma are treated either medically or surgically. The modality of treatment depends on success of medical therapy, severity of diseases or patient’s wish

3) SPECIALIZED EYE INVESTIGATION

These are carried out to make definitive diagnosis in both anterior and posterior segment-based diseases.

• Non-Contact Tonometry to ascertain intraocular pressure
• Central Visual Field test to assess the visual field in patients with Glaucoma and other neurological diseases
• Ocular ultrasound scan to establish diagnosis of some and anterior and posterior segment diseases
• 78D slit Lamp biomicroscope for thorough eye examination
• Biometry with Keratometry and A scan.
• Etc.

4)CATARACT SURGICAL SERVICES
